Background

Sabina is a PhD student at the Centre for Rheumatic Diseases, Department of Medicine, The University of Melbourne. She studied medicine at the University of Melbourne and undertook clinical training at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and Royal Melbourne Hospital. She has completed physician training and specialised in Rheumatology. Her PhD aims to develop an evidence based multimedia program educating patients about Methotrexate treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis, to develop tools to evaluate the impact of the program on areas including patient knowledge and safety and to evaluate the program in a randomized controlled trial. Her PhD is supported by an Australian Postgraduate Award from the University of Melbourne.
