heiQ to be implemented as part of a statewide chronic disease self-management evaluation in Western Australia.
The WA Health Department has contracted CurtinUniversity to set up a systematic evaluation system for state-based CDSM courses. The evaluation includes the heiQ and other evaluation tools. The heiQ is already used widely across Australia and is also being used in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany and has been adapted for workplace health programs in Japan.
